  • Newborn Document Support

We provide document support for Hong Kong families with babies born in the United States.
Our service can help organize the required documents, review the case based on the family’s status, and assist with the next steps for the baby’s travel and identity documents.

Because Hong Kong cases can be different depending on the parents’ immigration and nationality status, the document path may vary.

  • How It Works

    1

    Prepare U.S. newborn documents

This includes the baby’s birth certificate and supporting documents related to the parents.

    2

    Prepare parent documents

Both parents need to provide valid identification and proof of status.

    3

    Complete application materials

Fill out the required forms and prepare all supporting documents based on your case.

    4

Submit application at the Chinese Consulate

Schedule an appointment and submit the application in person.

    5

    Attend interview (if required)

Some cases may require an in-person interview or additional document review.

    6

    Receive the Travel Document

Once approved, the baby will receive a Travel Document for entry into Hong Kong.
